Warranty Terms & Conditions

 

The Decorator provides a limited warranty on the decoration services and materials supplied under this Agreement, as follows:

Warranty Period

Services Warranty: 1 year from project completion date for workmanship and installation. After 1 year the labour charges should be paid.

Product Warranty: Products and furnishings

provided by the Decorator are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any), which will be passed to the Client.

What Is Covered

Defects in workmanship directly performed by the Decorator.

Damage or faults arising from improper installation by the Decorator or their subcontractors.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations by the Client or third parties.

Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., humidity, sunlight, water leakage).

Any work or installation done by other contractors or individuals not hired by the Decorator.

Manufacturer defects (to be handled under the manufacturer’s policy).

Claim Procedure

To make a claim under this warranty, the Client must:

1. Notify the Decorator in writing within the warranty period.

2. Provide proof of issue, such as photos and receipts.

3. Allow access for inspection and corrective work.

Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the Decorator.

Warranty will not be provided if the damage is caused by any Natural Calamities, Accident, and rough or wrong usage of any product.
